My Story

20 Years of Global Trial Experience

For more than two decades I have helped manufacturers overcome complex technical challenges in injection moulding, tooling, and manufacturing development. My experience spans automotive suppliers, consumer products, construction products, and engineered component manufacturers across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

Having worked in roles ranging from Process Technician and through to Moulding Development Technician, I bring a practical, hands-on approach combined with extensive global project experience. From mould trials and process optimisation to tooling buy-offs and production launches, I have successfully supported projects from concept through to full-scale manufacture.

My specialist knowledge includes scientific moulding, RJG methodologies, multi-shot moulding, rotary platen systems, insert moulding, process validation, and manufacturing optimisation. Over the last decade I have regularly worked with Chinese toolmakers and manufacturing facilities, leading to mutliple successful Robotic Lawnmower projects and technical improvements across multiple countries.
